 One thing i did do was to really control my diet, medications and regular exercise. Believe me even simple chores like these can be a bore and a challenge. Imagine,no ribs,or favorite curry rich with coconut milk !
But having spent a good part of tihis morning with the cardiologist with endless tests and examinations,the results were really worth the sacrifice. To those familiar with Hypertensive Profile my glucose was 5.5 against 3.9-6.1 while Cholesterol is 2.6 against 0.0-5.2 !BP is 130/70! Hmmm do i celeb with a few pints of Kilkenny.
Oh did a decent thing today. went to visit the mission school whose boys donated blood for my ops (note: the blood type...the B is positive and the HIV is negative.) I thought its only proper that i should reciprocate this time around with a little donation of another kind .(Please see pic of school and its values.)
Also finalised plans with mosque officials for special prayers this sunday.
